Consumer Arbitration Disclosures

In accordance with the California Judicial Council and the California Code of Civil Procedure (CCP) Section 1281.96, the Agency for Dispute Resolution compiles and publishes results and information on all consumer arbitrations administered by its neutrals on a quarterly basis.
