Salenger, Meredith

Meredith Salenger

Meredith believes there is a positive solution to even the most complex cases. A cum laude graduate in psychology from Harvard University, she earned her training in mediation from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law and went on to successfully mediate over a hundred cases throughout the Los Angeles Superior courts. She has successfully negotiated all types of business and civil disputes. While working with the California Academy of Mediation Professionals and the Center for Conflict Resolution, she discovered her passion and talent for helping people arrive at a settlement agreeable to both parties.

The California Department of Insurance recently added Meredith to their exclusive group of qualified neutrals who are able to evaluate and handle a wide range of conflicts including mediating earthquake, fire, and auto claims.

Meredith attributes her savvy as a mediator to the 30 years of experience she has had as a professional actress in the entertainment business. She genuinely relates with people and has an uncanny ability to help disputants diffuse their anger so they can get to the heart of an issue and solve it in a way that most mediators cannot, and finds creative solutions that her clients never dreamed possible.
