Hon. Suzanne K. Nusbaum, FCIArb, will present at the July 9, 2012 conference called Understanding Copyright Law in the Data Era 2012 at San Francisco. With an extensive background in intellectual property disputes, Judge Nusbaum brings a unique perspective to the often unpredictable and dynamic area of copyright law. Co-presenting with David L. Rein, Jr. from Finch & Campbell LLP, Nusbaum will lead a session titled “New Cases in Copyright Law–Internet and Beyond.” After highlighting newsworthy copyright cases, they will discuss new territory for copyright infringement involving the internet and the future of copyright conflicts.
